In February, each child gets a package consisting of a wooden block, wheels and nails. At home he or she makes the wooden block into a car and decorates it with paint and other creative ideas. Parents can help. All the children will gather again at the church on Wednesday, March 1 and will race their cars; the whole family is invited, encouraged and welcome to attend and cheer their child on. There will be prizes in each age group for the fastest cars, and for the car decorations.  This is a great time for the kids and their families, and it is a lot of fun!

Arrive at the church at 6:00 pm to get your car weighed and then have time to make any adjustments.
The race starts at 6:30 pm! Dinner will be served during the race.

The packages with the materials to make the car are in the church foyer; you may pick them up at any time.  Be sure to sign up for this event on the sheet on the ministry table.
