Pete Baird from Connections by Design will be visiting with us, and he will provide us a presentation of the work they do for churches like ours. He will present some options in which we can enhance our sermons with a technology uplift which would include:
-a new control center (sound booth)
-other Audio Video enhancements.

The idea is to provide us with an approach to enhance our capabilities as well as outreach via the internet and more. This meeting will provide the church leadership with a terrific opportunity to learn how modernizing our technology footprint can improve sermon experience, outreach, and ministry opportunities. All are invited, but the Deacon Board, all in church leadership, and those involved in technology in any way are highly encouraged to attend.
Pete will be conducting a overall presentation that should last up to about 50 mins. Then we have the remainder of the time for Q&A. Below are the general topics of discussion. I encourage you to prepare by writing down questions you think you may have so we can present them to Pete during his Q&A session.

- Video Solutions which include TV’s vs Projectors
- Video Recording for live streaming
- Audio Equipment (Soundboard, speakers, etc)
- Furniture – Updated Control Center (area where soundboard,dvd, pc is stored)
