Barth and his wife, Kim, have been attending Community Bible Church for 32 years. They have four grown children. Barth is a podiatrist practicing in Chelsea. They live on Wamplers Lake in Brooklyn. Barth enjoys spending time with his family, boating, fishing and playing golf.
