It will run every Wednesday from April 3- September 25 with the exceptions of July 3, August 28 and September 4.

The schedule of events is the following:

5:30-6:10 Meal
6:10-6:35 Class
6:35-7:05 Games
7:05-7:15 Snack
7:15-7:45 Worship Time: includes singing and prayer

Parents are welcome to join us for ANY portion of the night!

This year, we will be completing a study by Not Consumed entitled “Making Lemonade” , designed to help children learn how to trust God through life’s struggles. We will explore such topics as how God is always faithful to us, how to find good friends, how to process loss with God by our side, how to find joy in God even in difficult situations, and how to help others along the way.

The kids will be awarded points each week to use in a Beyond AWANA store at the end of the year. Points will be awarded for:
attendance
verse memorization
bringing their Bible and bringing their books
and helping others or random acts of kindness witnessed throughout the program.

*We can provide your child with a Bible. Please let a teacher know if one is needed and we will get it ordered.

SUNDAYS
Nursery:  Nursery for babies and toddlers is offered downstairs during the Sunday worship service. Parents are welcome to drop their children off before the service and pick them up afterwards. To find the nursery, turn left at the bottom of the stairs and the nursery will be at the end of the hall on the left.

Jr. Church:  Children ages 4-11 are invited to attend Jr. Church from about 10:30-11:15. The children are dismissed from the worship service just prior to the sermon. The teacher for the week will accompany students from the sanctuary to the classroom downstairs. We are studying the Old Testament using the Answers in Genesis Bible Curriculum. Each week includes a Bible Lesson, along with songs, games, Bible verse memorization, and prayer time.
